Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

At YourBookSky.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Below are our detailed policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges:


Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • It should be packed in the original box (if available) and shipped back to the return address provided via email.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or received in bad condition.

Returns due to personal preferences, such as a change of mind, wrong selection, or any other personal reason, will not be entertained.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($14.99) delivery commitments. In such cases, we will refund the shipping fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after approval.


Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the item does not match your order, you are eligible for an exchange.

Please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the product at yourbooksky@gmail.com, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

  • You will be required to pack and ship the item back to us via USPS using the original packaging, if available.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost.


Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged. We will replace only the quantity that was damaged during delivery, not the entire order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that is counterfeit or does not match our listed product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Refund Policy

If your return or exchange request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
